The comprehensive personalised healthcare assessment is very simple to book. 

1. Book your online appointment directly with Dr Purves via email. There is no need for a doctors letter.

2. The online assessment can be recorded. Together with Dr Purves  you will develop a personal map of the neuro-programs that are creating and maintaining your particular problems. With this map in hand you will have a complete understanding of what needs to happen to make the changes you desire.

3. You will receive a link to the video recording of the assessment interview to keep.
